The challenge

What needed to become clearer.

Kenyan payment journeys span people, merchants, bills and transport. The concept needed to organise that range without making everyday actions feel buried or unfamiliar.

The approach

How the product took shape.

The product direction centres familiar payment language and fast repeat actions, with Palm Pay treated as an optional biometric layer rather than a replacement for known payment methods.

Built around the work people need to do.

  1. 01Zipp and M-Pesa transfers
  2. 02Paybill and Till payments
  3. 03QR payments
  4. 04Bills and travel
  5. 05Palm Pay palm-vein authentication

Outcome

The concept demonstrates how a broad payment ecosystem can be shaped into one coherent mobile product architecture for Kenyan users.
